According to the data of the State Civil Administration, three fourth of the total volume of the passengers (74%) or 235 thousand people were delivered by the airplanes of the Moldovan Companies: «Air Moldova», «Moldavian Airlines» and «Tandem Aero». The remaining share was delivered by the following air Companies «Turkish Airlines» (Turkey), «Austrian Airlines» (Austria), «Tarom» (Romania), «Club Air» (Italy) and others. There were 17 regular flights from the Chisinau International Airport. The most popular flights were to Istanbul (60.4 thousand passengers), Moscow (40.8 thousand passengers) and Budapest (32.4 thousand passengers). The majority of the flights was made by the National Company «Air Moldova».
